About this Home Rental

The minute you drive up to this grand, two story home you will feel at ease. The lot is huge with plenty of shade and privacy from the tall trees and mature landscaping. The covered front and rear covered porches offer ample seating to relax complete with porch swing and rockers to enjoy the beautiful desert sky at sunrise and sunset.

Upon entering the home, a formal dining room with expanded dining table, and game room with pool table complete the inside entrance. Inside you will find a well-appointed living room with comfortable reclining seating and room for everyone, which makes it the ideal space for a small group gathering.
Feel at home away from home using the fully equipped kitchen and modern laundry machines during your stay. Upstairs are the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

Enjoy the large marble surround outdoor heated pool with diving board and whirlpool tub during your stay. Property pool area is gated for safety and privacy. The property also offers a sand volley ball and basketball sport court for your enjoyment.

This home is a desert oasis away from the inner city but close enough to enjoy all of the entertainment offered here in the Las Vegas valley. Property allows easy access to I95, both airports and the downtown corridor. Excellent north valley shopping and restaurants are close by. North valley sports complexes and parks are a short commute for teams staying at the property. Mountainview Hospital is within 10 minutes of the home.

Description

Guest access

Guests will have access to a washer/dryer and all indoor and outdoor home spaces. Private pool and hot tub access, sport court and volley ball court access and equipment provided.  All outdoor recreational equipment and games.  Free parking for 6 vehicles curbside and in front of property garage – no garage parking. TV’s included in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms, living room and game room with local TV channels and Wi-Fi internet. Use of the pool table and table games (ping pong table and gym coming soon). Outdoor sheds are off limits.

Interaction with Guests

Hostess is available via e-mail or phone at any time or in person upon request. Hostess is local to the Las Vegas area.

The Neighborhood

The house in located in a safe and beautiful quiet neighborhood where the homes offer an extensive amount of privacy. Each is designed with it’s own unique sense of architecture and landscape. It is peaceful and serene yet astoundingly close to the famous Las Vegas Strip! Las Vegas also boasts a beautiful Chinatown neighborhood and many sports activities and sports complexes a short distance from the property. Las Vegas is also home to professional sports teams, hiking, Lake Mead recreational area and Hood Dam. The Grand Canyon is a short 2 hour drive away. This is a wonderful area to explore and tour around.

Getting Around

It is recommended that you rent a car. Parking is not always free but affordable around the city. There are public buses nearby. Uber and Lyft or cabs are in abundance and easily accessible. There are contact numbers written down at the house for a few of the most diligent taxi companies in the city. Wait times vary.

Other Things to Note

Guidebooks are placed throughout the house to suggest restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, transportation or tourist attraction recommendations! It also includes a departure checklist. If you chose to cook at home, please help yourself to the variety of spices and oils in our cupboards. You may want to have a look at our stock before setting out on a shopping spree.

House Rules Details

Good neighbor policy applies with outdoor quiet times between 10PM and 8AM are agreed to by all occupants. No loud parties are allowed on the premises and the property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and minors listed in Rental Agreement.

Any illegal activity shall cause an immediate eviction from the premises without a refund of any monies paid by tenant.

Pets or animals are not permitted on the premises unless required by law.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Any smoking is cause for immediate termination of the rental agreement and tenants deposit will become nonrefundable.

No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other temporary or permanent structures may not be erected.

Tenant is liable for any damage or loss to the property or property contents caused by tenant, or guest of tenant, and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should such damage occur during occupancy and the amount exceeds tenants deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Rental payments (less the booking fee) are fully refundable up until 30 days prior to the reservation.

Outdoor property access gates and fencing are to remain secured and locked at all times.

House Rules, Maximum Occupancy, Sort Term Rental Ordinance and Nuisance Ordinance are available and posted at the property.
